So you think you're special? Six ways to attract top employees to your company

With this year's submission process well underway for Fortune's 100 Best Places to Work For list, many of our clients are asking what they should be doing to attract and retain the people their business needs to grow. (Some call this endeavor "employer branding," which is quite sexy.) I wanted to share this perspective from my team at Edelman, which suggests a couple specific actions employer can take to better define what makes their workplace special.  And here's a short video of yours truly (in red) and my colleague Abby Flacks offering some advice on the same subject:
